The fall weather is here!
And....the cooler weather is here. I'm in heaven.
I've opened all the windows to air out the house. It feels so nice.
I let Greta outside to walk around. Poor thing is such a mess with his allergies.
He is having so much fun out there. He rolls around on the gravel and licks brick. In the garden he kept playing with a plant limb that has this big umbrella like thing at the end. Every time he would touch the limb, the end would move and he would jump. Sweet boy.
Yesterday I had lunch with my cousin Candy.
It's a bit of girl therapy to sit and talk.
I love lunches with my cousins.
Last night was the second night of taking the new medication for my restless legs and sleep issues.
I ended up with 6 hours, which isn't bad for me. I feel much more rested and I have fewer dreams. It's made a difference in the amount of energy I have through the day. It's crazy to think how much getting good sleep effects your day and your health.
And...there goes the neighbors donkey.
I don't want a donkey.
Noisy little buggers.
I'm not sure what I'll do today. As always, there is so much to choose from. I never choose anything fun. I've already fed chickens, swept the front porch, eaten, had my coffee, put a bag in the trashcan, checked the garden, made my husband coffee, checked facebook and opened all the curtains and windows. I should sew some doll bodies and watch something fun on Netflix. But then I would have to ignore all the cleaning I need to do. I should exercise, but then I wouldn't have any energy to do anything else. I should take some time to do some reading in my devotionals. I think I will do that first. Then clean up the kitchen, do a quick sweep of the floor, do some organizing and sew some doll bodies. Let's see if I can get that accomplished.
Hope everyone has a beautiful day.
Hugs
Shannon
